- increased knowledge of strategic foresight methodologies to help you plan for the future
- developed understanding of systems thinking and how it can create strategic insight
- considered how to manage strategic risk in your organisation
- increased understanding of how people experience change
- considered how to engage your team with an a new or emerging strategy.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This participatory course will include presentations, peer learning, and opportunities to experiment with strategic foresight methodologies in a way that supports you to consider your own organisation’s needs. It's aimed specifically at senior leaders, CEOs, chairs and trustees, but open to anyone in the voluntary sector.
However, if you're new to strategy and business planning you may want to attend our other course, strategic planning: processes and tools for direction and decision-making
