Date: | 27 October 2021
Time: | 09.45–12.30
Covid-19 has transformed the landscape of voluntary action. Across the four nations, our research has sought to understand the impact of the pandemic, what is needed from the sector and government to support national recovery. Also, how we can prepare for future crises.
We invite you to join us to:
- hear what has been learnt through our Mobilising Voluntary Action research
- reflect on your experiences of the last 18 months and the impact government policy had on your volunteers and organisation
- share your experiences of the last 18 months with peers and our researchers
- discuss how voluntary action can be supported going forward and how we can help
who runs it?
NCVO runs these regular events every year. We’re delighted to bringing you this National Volunteering Forum (NVF) together with the University of Northumbria, University of Kent, University of East Anglia and University of Essex – partners on the Mobilising Voluntary Action
who should join the event?
The NVF brings together volunteer-involving organisations and volunteer infrastructure bodies from around England to discuss issues of shared concern, feed into NCVO’s policy positions and to network.
The event is free.
