Learn and practise how to make the most of your outcomes and impact data to deliver compelling and useful reports to different audiences. This course will expand your skills to better understand your audience’s needs and develop a strategy for communicating outcome and impact data. You’ll learn how to analyse different types of data, use statistics, quotes and case examples, and structure effective reports. At the end of the course, you will have the skills, knowledge and confidence to write reports that demonstrate the difference your work makes, in a way that is useful and used.

Who should attend?
This course is for anyone who has responsibility for analysing and reporting on outcome and impact data. This might be to funders or other internal or external stakeholders. Ideally you will already have an evaluation plan and be collecting some data. If not, consider our Outcome and impact measurement courses.This course is suitable for beginners to qualitative and quantitative data analysis as well as those with some prior knowledge.

Who runs it?
This course will be run by one of our consultants from NCVO Charities Evaluation Service . The team work with more than 1,000 voluntary organisations each year, providing practical support through self and independent evaluation, impact consultancy and organisational development.
The training will run from 09.45 until 16.30.
