It is not always easy to understand and communicate what your impact data is telling you. This course will help you to communicate the impact of your work to different audiences and stakeholders.
In this course you will learn how to analyse and present different types of data. By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and confidence to write reports that are well-structured and clearly communicate your impact.

Who should attend?
This course is for anyone who has responsibility for analysing and communicating on outcome and impact data. This might be to funders or other internal or external stakeholders. Ideally you will already have an evaluation plan and be collecting some data. If not, consider our Measuring your impact in the voluntary sector This course is suitable for beginners to qualitative and quantitative data analysis as well as those with some prior knowledge.
Who runs it?
This course will be run by one of our consultants from NCVO Charities Evaluation Service . The team work with more than 1,000 voluntary organisations each year, providing practical support through self and independent evaluation, impact consultancy and organisational development.
The training will run from 09.45 until 16.30.
