The economic impact of coronavirus means that many voluntary sector organisations will be going through a period of significant change over the coming months. For many of the hardest hit charities, the process of restructuring and making redundancies will sadly be inevitable. In this webinar we help organisations prepare for this context.
Date: | 23 July 2020
Time: | 14.00-15.15

In this webinar our HR Trusted Supplier, HR Services Partnership, are going to help you to understand the distinction between restructure and redundancy as well as the legal requirements of a redundancy process. We will then hear from Sarah McIntosh, Director of People and Organisational Effectiveness at Mental Health First Aid England, who will offer advice on how you can create a culture of psychological safety when going through a period of significant operational change.

There will be plenty of time at the end of the webinar for questions.
