EVENT DETAILS
Theory of change is a helpful process for organisations when setting their strategic direction. Led by NCVO’s strategy consultants, this free webinar will provide an overview of the theory of change process.
We'll be joined by The Seafarers’ Charity, a funder, and JDRF, a charity that supports people with type 1 diabetes. Staff from The Seafarers’ Charity will discuss how the theory of change process helped them develop their latest strategy. Meanwhile, staff from JDRF will explain how their theory of change provided a framework for future planning and decision making, when covid-19 disrupted their community-engagement services.
This webinar will provide practical guidance on the theory of change process. This will help you:
- understand how a theory of change can support you in working towards your vision and mission
- be clear about the impact you want to create through your strategy
- make better-informed decisions about what you need to deliver.
There will be time for questions at the end of the webinar. We'll also signpost you to useful guidance and resources.
