WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This course is designed for new and existing voluntary sector project and programme managers who want to gain new tools and techniques help them successfully manage their projects.
This was an excellent introductory course to project management. I found it really accessible and the trainer was very knowledgeable. Particularly like the use of real life scenarios and breaking down the jargon often used in project management, Rebecca Scott, Creative Youth Network
The pacing, content and delivery was genuinely perfect, with great little energizer activities and breaks. I feel like I've both learned a lot, AND got more confident in the abilities and knowledge I already had. Loved it. Thanks so much, Simon Faulkner, Time to Change
