WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This course is designed for new and existing voluntary sector project and programme managers who want to gain new tools and techniques help them successfully manage their projects.
Lauren was exceptional in her delivery for the course, both for the fact it was online but also it was evident she has extensive experience in project management that just adds value to the course when you know the trainer has experience in what they are delivering, Dean, MS-UK
This was an excellent introductory course to project management. I found it really accessible and the trainer was very knowledgeable. Particularly like the use of real life scenarios and breaking down the jargon often used in project management, Rebecca Scott, Creative Youth Network
Lauren was so brilliant in running the training, and the course was fab. The pacing, content and delivery was genuinely perfect, with great little energizer activities and breaks. I feel like I've both learned a lot, AND got more confident in the abilities and knowledge I already had. Loved it. Thanks so much, Simon Faulkner, Time to Change
