On day one of this course you will spend time clarifying the outcomes and impact of your work as well as what you plan to do (outputs/activities) to achieve these outcomes. You will create a monitoring and evaluation plan with indicators to enable you to assess the progress you are making both in the delivery of your work and the difference it is making. On day two we will explore different ways to collect data so that you can select the most appropriate, feasible methods and tools to collect useful data to report on to funders and stakeholders.

be able to identify and describe the outcomes and impact of your work
have learnt how to develop an evaluation framework to help you assess your effectiveness and impact
